More than once, he politely pointed out issues that weren’t urgent at the time but could become serious if left unaddressed, helping us avoid bigger problems down the line. What impressed me most was his ability to identify and fix a long-standing mystery leak that had stumped multiple plumbers and roofers over the years. It only occurred occasionally during extreme rain, and no one had been able to pinpoint the source. We had Tony paint the ceilings, something we didn't want to do ourselves. He went above and beyond, repairing areas with some serious blemishes. He removed an old alarm system we had and then painted that wall - with our old paint (he was able to salvage it!). You can't even tell it was ever there! Bonus - he doesn't just paint - he can do lots of handyman things. He replaced our kitchen light fixture and now the room looks so much more updated!
